Of those who are entitled to study with an official scholarship and will study in the USA, Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, South Africa, South Korea, Hong Kong, Netherlands, England, Ireland, Spain, Israel, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Canada, Norway, Singapore and New Zealand, the higher education institutions where they will receive their main education must be within the 60% percentile in the field rankings in any of the world university rankings made by Times Higher Education (THE), Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai) and/or QS World University Rankings-Top Universities within the last 3 (three) years. The evaluation regarding the acceptances to be received from these countries and higher education institutions that are not in the rankings will be made by the Ministry.
