In order to train the qualified human resources needed by higher education institutions and other public institutions and organizations, students are sent abroad for postgraduate education with the scholarship provided by our Ministry based on the Law No. 1416 on Students to be Sent to Foreign Countries (YLSY Scholarship Program). Accordingly, 668 students will be sent abroad to receive official scholarship status for postgraduate and/or doctoral education within the scope of the 2024 YLSY Scholarship Program.

Candidates who will apply for postgraduate education abroad will make their application procedures between December 23-31, 2024 via our Ministry's website  https://rebus.meb.gov.tr/  (REBUS - Official Scholarship Student System) using their "T.C. identity number, identity serial number and the T.C. identity number of their relative (spouse, child, mother or father)". The application screen will be opened to candidates via REBUS on December 23, 2024. Applications will end on December 31, 2024 at 17:00.

In order to access detailed information about the 2024 YLSY process and quotas, candidates who will apply should carefully review the 2024 YLSY Application and Preference Guide and Preference Table in the announcement appendix. Candidates must study at the "Completed Education Level" in the 2024 YLSY Preference Table. It is important for candidates to apply accordingly.
