The activity evaluation meeting, organized by the YLSY Coordination Office at Malatya Turgut Özal University to closely monitor and support the academic development of our scholars, has been successfully completed.

At the meeting held on October 10, 2025, Dr. Rabia Küçük, who serves as our Academic Domestic Advisor in the field of Plant Genetics and Agricultural Biotechnology, met with Mehmet Delibaş, our YLSY scholar who is pursuing his doctoral studies at the University of Cologne in Germany, representing our university.

The meeting detailed the current status of our scholar's academic work abroad, the progress achieved in his research processes, and the challenges he faced. Dr. Rabia Küçük shared her extensive experience in the field and offered guidance on research methodology and academic publication processes. Furthermore, concrete suggestions were made regarding the strategic planning and time management necessary for our scholar to achieve his academic goals.

As our coordinator, it is our primary responsibility to maintain regular communication with our scholars, follow their academic journey step by step, and provide support in every area they need. These meetings boost our scholars' motivation and ensure they feel comfortable.
